hip-hop phenom and you’ll find the answer. With an honest and organic
approach to music, TALoNTED offers a fresh perspective to an undeniably
saturated industry.
Born the youngest of four to Nigerian parents in East Orange, New Jersey,
then moving to Newark, New Jersey, TALoNTED wrote his first rhyme at age
six. Â His story of focus and ambition is powerful. Â Through the
determination of his mother, TALoNTED and his family eventually moved to the
neighboring suburb of South Orange, New Jersey. Â Some may say the move
resulted in the young man having a decent resume, with a B.S. from Wharton
and a J.D. from NYU. Â Throughout the years he spent pursuing banging those
grades out, he NEVER ceased to keep his music movement afloat. Â Performing
at a number of talent shows and colleges, including Temple, Drexel and NYU,
TALoNTED established himself as an up-and-coming artist whose passion and
aspirational flavor inspire listeners to think outside the box and explore
limitless possibilities.
TALoNTED’s music reveals the many facets of a person that just can’t be
boxed in or easily categorized. Â He introduces us to the new rap hero
